DOMAIN NAME PURCHASE AGREEMENT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Domain Name Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made on [DATE]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[SELLER NAME], with registered address at [ADDRESS], ID\/Passport number [NUMBER], hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

[BUYER NAME], with registered address at [ADDRESS], ID\/Passport number [NUMBER], hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both parties acknowledge their legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RECITALS<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

  1. The SELLER is the legitimate owner and registrant of the domain name “[DOMAIN NAME]” (hereinafter referred to as the “DOMAIN”), currently registered with [REGISTRAR NAME].<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The SELLER wishes to sell and the BUYER wishes to purchase the DOMAIN under the following terms:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. The SELLER hereby agrees to sell and transfer to the BUYER, and the BUYER agrees to purchase from the SELLER, the DOMAIN with all associated rights.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT\n
